| i'm single, but with a possibility of a relationship on the horizon...i'm just contemplating things to consider about how to go about the relationship. things to work on and things i don't need to work on cuz they might solve by themselves. any advice on that? i want to take it slow. and not jump into it and make a fool of myself. i've been living on my own for quite some time and used to making my own decisions and taking care of everything but willing to start a relationship. so what was the hardest thing to adjust to or get used to after marriage? |

When my husband and I got married, we went into it with eyes half-shut. We never talked about things like how we wanted to set up our schedules (yeah, schedules!) for cleaning, running errands, even making date night a priority. When you are in a relationship, communication must be open! WIDE open! And don't forget, half of communication is listening. *getting down off my soapbox* |
